What's the best shampoo? What's the best conditionner?

My hair is dirty blond, and there are thin and scarce highlights of a lighter shade of blond in it. I currently use Pantene Blonde Expressions Shampoo and Conditionner, and I want to know if there is a better shampoo or conditionner. I CAN'T use Herbal Essences because it has to much citric acid or something and I have ecczema, so it leaves HUGE red lumps/bumps that are like 5 times the size of a pimple on my head/scalp.
