Why do people complain about poor people costing them money but not obese people costing them money?

Or how about the rich or all the business on the taxpayer dole who are committing fraud like KBR and Boeing, not to name all the hospitals, physicians, pharma, drugstores, hospice, rehab centers, mental health centers. There may be one or 2 not committing fraud, bit that is it!
