What do you think of a 13 year old getting a Monroe/Madonna piercing ?

I'm turing thirteen this upcoming January 4th ( 2010 ) . And , honestly , the only thing I want is a Monroe piercing , which is a piercing slightly above the corner of your mouth . I kinda feel bad for asking for such a thing , for one , because I'm still very young , and because I think I've asked too much for the upcoming holidays as well . For Christmas , I'm asking for a cellphone . And obviously , for my birthday I want the piercing . I don't think I deserve either one . But yet , I still have the courage to ask for such things . Well , back to my point , what's your opinion on a 13 year old girl getting a Monroe piercing ?
