Does arrogance and pride ever learn its lesson?

my 14 year old bro is obsessed with himself and hes OK at guitar but he prances arround like hes god at it and he only a half *** player..hes six foot 3 and is VERRY much a BULLY..i mean hes jeolous of his 10 year old bros and its like walking on gl around him. he had a counselour but he is cunning and coo around other people not the ones he lives with anyway will this go away??? hes and S TO live with n he wont leave my **** alone when i say no u cant touch that he brakes it
