Is Zac Efron the next great actor?

I've been wondering this lately, as it seems Efron's career is shaping up similarly to DiCaprio's in that DiCaprio went from a Teeny Bopper typecast to collaborating with Scorsese on multiple projects. Anyway I've never seen him (Efron) in High School Musical but I did see him in 17 Again and felt like he had potential to transfer to more serious roles. He's also rumored to be the next Spider Man for what it's worth.
