How tough is it to get into a good university, such as Tufts, Boston College, NYU, Georgetown, etc?

I am a sophmore in a pretty hard private high school, and I make A's and very few high B's in my courses. I take all the accelerated courses so far, and my gpa is about 4.5 right now (with the addition of the accelerated courses). I am on the wrestling team, and I do significant community service and am involved in the government club. My colleges of interest are Tufts, Boston College, Columbia, NYU, Georgetown, UNC, UPenn, Brown, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Texas, UCSD, and UC-Berkeley. Any advice, auggestions, or comments? appreciate it! :)
