Hey, it all really depends on your weight, age, height, and how much physical activity you get. Some of things you ate such as pizza, stir fry, cookies... Those aren't good for every day, but don't obsess over it when you eat too much. You need to allow yourself to indulge sometimes. If you're really concerned about what you should be eating maybe you should talk to your doctor about a proper and healthy diet that fits well for you.
