Did he play me? Help reading this guy?!?

So me and this guy have been friends for about two years now, and he has always flirted with me and we have always had a thing for each other. He is 17 and im 16. I'm not a trusting person, so like every time I thought for sure our relationship was turing into something more than friends I got guarded. he used to be a player and maybe still is. He asked me to be his gf a few months ago but I said no. But hw understood. At a party recently we talked and he said he changed and we ended up making out, but after one kiss he told me " you must be drunk bc you wouldnt be here with me" but now when I see him he stares at me and comes sit by me and my friends but doesn't say anything. And he told most of the guys he kissed me and was bragging about it. the party it was my friends birthday so we were kinda wasted so I was kinda pissed bc he knew I was drinking but still kissed me. Should I wate for him to talk to me about the kiss, or not bring it up
